Lemont Advances to Championship in 101.9 FM's 'Battle of the Burbs'
Voting begins at 7 a.m. Tuesday to determine the winner of the radio contest, Lemont or Aurora.
Lemont will square off against Aurora on Tuesday morning in the championship round of "Suburban Madness Battle of the Burbs," hosted by 101.9 FM The Mix.
Voting will begin at 7 a.m. Tuesday during "The Eric and Kathy Show." The winning town will receive a trophy from the show's traffic reporter, Melissa, live on the air.
The Battle of the Burbs is a March Madness style competition that pits suburbs against one another for popular votes. So far, Lemont has beaten Naperville, Long Grove, and Lombard to get to the final round.
