Lemont Baseball Finishes As Runner-Up In IHSA 3A State Final

LEMONT, IL — Lemont High School's baseball team has finished as the runner-up in the IHSA Class 3A state final.

The team lost by one run, 3-2, to Crystal Lake Central in the championship game, played in Joliet on Saturday, according to IHSA.

The Lemont baseball program has won a state title two times, once in 2014 and once in 2016.

Lemont is coached by head coach Brian Storako and assistant coaches Christopher Hardy, Richard Panek, Oney Guillen, Nate Madej, according to IHSA.

The team roster includes Moe Luciano, Max Michalak, Brett Paluch, Brett Tucker, Noah Tomaras, AJ Scruggs, Nick Berardi, Donovan Moleski, Dylan Spadafora, Zach Corse, Jack Malak, Andrew Phelan, Rocco Luciano, Nick Reno, Gio Rendina, Will Tarazi, Jacob Parr, Tyler Lebak, Alex Capic, Matt Devoy, Shea Glotzbach, Lance DeLude, Connor Wilms, Cannon Madej and Jake Sulzberger.
