Lemont High School Baseball Team to Hold Mattress Fundraiser

The baseball team will sell brand new mattresses at discounted prices on Sunday, April 28.

The Lemont High School baseball program will hold a unique fundraiser Sunday that will allow its supporters to "rest easy."

Head coach Brian Storako’s program will hold its first-ever Mattress Fundraiser Sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday in the school’s field house, 800 Porter St. Proceeds will directly benefit Lemont High School’s conference champion baseball program.

All mattresses available will be brand new with their factory warranties. Prices will be set between 30-and 60-percent off of the regular retail cost. A wide variety of quality, name brand mattresses—including pillow-top, orthopedic, latex, gel beds and memory foam sets—will be available for purchase.

Those who plan on purchasing a mattress at the sale can save an additional $50 by downloading a flyer from the school’s website and presenting it at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card, and free layaway is available. Purchasers also have the opportunity to secure delivery of their new mattresses.

Storako is in his first year heading up the Lemont baseball program, which has won three straight South Suburban Conference-Blue Division titles.
