Nicor Begins Project In Metra Lot On July 8

LEMONT, IL — Nicor will begin natural gas main work in the Metra lot on July 8, running through Aug. 18, according to the Village of Lemont.

The project will start on the west end of the Metra lot, and move to various locations in stages, the Village said. Construction materials and equipment may be staged around the area, so use caution while parking.

Parking will still be available for commuters in the lot during the project and for use during events like Cruise Nights, the Village said.
