Old Quarry Middle School Earns Exemplary Rating On ISBE Report Card
Old Quarry ranked in the top 3.2 percent of all elementary and middle schools, the district said.

LEMONT, IL — The Illinois State Board of Education has released the 2023-2024 school report card Wednesday, and Old Quarry Middle School earned an "Exemplary" rating on the report card for the second consecutive year, the district shared in a release.
The "exemplary" distinction is reserved for the top 10 percent of schools in the state. Old Quarry ranked in the top 3.2 percent of all elementary and middle schools, the district said.
The school report card rating considers the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR), an annual test administered to students in grades 3-8, measuring their proficiency in English Language Arts and mathematics. The overall designation is based on academic achievement and growth, absenteeism and climate survey results.
