Fiala said form+foundations is a beginner-friendly/all levels class; Reformer Pilates is the business' "signature" class, featuring an athletic-style Reformer class.

Stretch+flow is also beginner-friendly, and is a stretch class on the Reformer, while perinatal reformer is a gentle class for prenatal and postnatal women, Fiala said.

When asked why she chose Lemont as the home for her new business, Fiala cited her fellow downtown Lemont businesses as the reason why.

"My choice of Lemont was largely guided by my love for Folklore Coffee," she told Patch. "I started coming to Lemont almost daily for my morning cup of coffee and fell in love with the town, taking walks on the canal, the fajitas at Next Mex... so my decision for Lemont was easy!"
