Stephen Street Bridge Work Starts Tuesday

LEMONT, IL — Work on the Stephen Street bridge will impact traffic this week, the Village shared in a notification to residents.

Work will start Tuesday, and is expected to take 1 to 2 days on the Stephen Street bridge. According to the village, traffic will be down to one lane of traffic, and the west side sidewalk will be closed for pedestrians.

"Please watch for traffic control, construction workers, and take alternate routes if possible," the Village said.
