Help Feed those in Need

Dr. Jordan and Dr. Jade Leasure, DC’s, sisters, lifelong Libertyville residents and owners of want to feed 50 local families for Thanksgiving this year. Along with the NSPAH staff they doing more this holiday season than helping patients improve their health. This season Drs. Leasure lend a helping hand to support families in need this Thanksgiving.

The North Shore Pro Active Health staff is working in conjunction with in Libertyville, who will be providing all of the food in exchange for a nominal donation. For $25, community members and patients can sponsor an entire family of six. Each family will receive; a frozen turkey, mashed potatoes, yams, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy and more.

Sunset Foods will provide the food and NSPAH along with volunteers will package the meals into individual boxes. Drs. Leasure and their staff will drop off boxes for families at the Waukegan Food Pantry.

Starting November 1, 2011 until November 23rd, you can stop by and donate to sponsor a family this Thanksgiving. North Shore Pro-Active Health will be accepting donations of any amount, but for your support of $25.00, you can give Thanksgiving dinner to a family in need!

In 2009 and 2010 North Shore Pro Active Health helped make Thanksgiving great for 25 families, this year our goal is 50!  Please help us meet our goal! The Thanksgiving $25 will provide each family with a 12 pound turkey, yams, green beans, gravy, potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce and more!
