Authorities ID Vernon Hills Man Killed In Wrong-Way Crash On I-90

VERNON HILLS, IL — A 27-year-old Vernon Hills man killed in a wrong-way collision on Interstate 90 has been identified as Quinn Anthony Fraboni, according to Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records.

Police say Fraboni was driving north on Interstate 90 near Cumberland Avenue near Rosemont when his Honda was hit by a Volkswagen headed in the wrong direction on I-90 early Wednesday morning, according to the Daily Herald. The driver of the Volkswagen was taken to a hospital, and the severity of the driver's injuries is not known.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office is expected to conduct an autopsy on Fraboni later on Thursday.
