Libertyville Residents Named to College Dean's Lists

Jones Named to Benedictine College Dean's List

Benedictine College has recognized those students who have distinguished themselves academically during the last semester. Andrew Jones of Libertyville was named to the Dean's List for the spring semester.

To achieve the Dean's List, students must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours and have a 3.5 to 3.9 grade point average. Of the 1,716 undergraduate students on campus for the 2012-2013 academic year, 440 made the Dean's List.

Benedictine College is a Catholic, Benedictine, liberal arts and residential college located on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River at Atchison, Kansas.


Berman, Kruckman Named to Dean's List at Beloit College

The following Libertyville students were named to the spring 2013 Dean's List at Beloit College:

  • Izabella Berman, a first-year.
  • Leah Kruckman, a junior.
Beloit College is a residential, liberal arts college offering 40 majors to its 1,250 students. Located 90 miles northwest of Chicago, Beloit is one of the nation's most international colleges, drawing students from 41 nations as well as 49 states.


Cusek, Hagen Named to UW-Whitewater Dean's List

The following Libertyville students were named to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Dean's List for the 2013 spring semester:
  • Clay Cusek
  • Kara Hagen 
"We are very proud of all our students on the Dean's List," said Beverly Kopper, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs. "The Dean's List signifies academic excellence on our campus, and we pride ourselves on attracting those types of highly motivated students."

The Registrar's Office reports that 2,804 students were selected for the Dean's List, out of the 12,034 enrolled at UW-Whitewater.
