A preliminary investigation revealed that the motorized bicycle was traveling westbound on the north sidewalk of Route 176.
As the bicycle approached the intersection of Brown Street, the driver of the bike suddenly attempted to turn right to travel north on Brown Street, according to witnesses.
Cognac said the driver of the bicycle turned too wide and collided with the Infiniti which was stopped southbound at the red light waiting to turn left onto Route 176.
