Services have been scheduled for Arlene M. Martz of Libertyville.
Arlene M. Martz, 74, of Libertyville passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2013 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
She was born April 24, 1939 in Chicago and has been a Libertyville resident since 1987. Arlene was a former employee of Children's Memorial in Chicago, Children's Hospital in Ravenswood, IL, and was an interventionist for Crisis Intervention for PADS of Lake County.
Surviving are her husband, John Martz; three children, Frank (Heidi) Affrunti, Cathy (Robert) Michaels and John Affrunti; three step-children, John (Monica) Martz, Lisa (Michael) Hurer and Laura (Ronny) Jonatta; three grandchildren, Heather and Christina Michaels and Francesca Affrunti; 20 step-grandchildren and also by two step-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 4 p.m. until time of services at 7 p.m. at BURNETT-DANE FUNERAL HOME, 120 W. PARK AVE. in Libertyville. Memorials can be made to an animal shelter of one's choice. For info: 847-362-3009.
