Police Blotter: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

The following arrest information was supplied by the Libertyville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Burglary

On March 26, police were called to Libertyville Toyota, 1180 S. Milwaukee Ave., on a report of a burglary. Employees opening the business in the morning saw most of the drawers and cabinets open, with a hole cut in a mesh metal door that led to the parts department. However, after an inventory, it did not appear that anything was missing.

Jacqueline A. Fava, 29, 134 E. Church St., Libertyville, was charged March 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended and improper turn signal. She later was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued an April 13 court date in Waukegan.

Kelley E. Palmer, 24, 1206 Georgetown, Vernon Hills, was charged March 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. She later was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and issued an April 27 court date in Waukegan.

Driving Incidents

Antonio C. Castellanos, 29, 31010 N. IL Route 21, Gurnee, was charged March 20 with driving while license suspended and speeding. She later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued an April 11 court date in Mundelein.

Alberto Flores, 18, 1329 Walnut Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged March 20 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a May 9 court date in Mundelein.

Wendy Q. Nguyen, 20, 2520 Bayswater Circle, Gurnee, was charged March 21 with driving while license suspended and speeding. She later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a May 23 court date in Mundelein.

Alison P. Tiskevich, 53, 240 Kalorama St. 2, Staunton, Va., was charged March 21 with driving while license suspended and speeding. She later was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a May 9 court date in Mundelein.

Clara Hernandez-Zerate, 24, 419 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Waukegan, was charged March 24 with driving without a valid driver’s license, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle. She later was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and issued an April 25 court date in Mundelein.
