Police Blotter: Mats Stolen From Adler Lodge

The following arrest information was supplied by the Libertyville Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft

Exterior black rubber floor mats valued at $200 were stolen from around the Adler Lodge, 1640 N. Milwaukee Ave., between Feb. 9 and Feb. 11.

Christopher J. Plath, 25, 1943 Butternut Lane, Northbrook, was charged Feb. 11 with two counts of battery after a dispute in the parking lot behind Tommy’s Pizza, 137 Lake St. The incident occurred at 12:40 a.m. when Plath struck a manager of Tommy’s Pizza after being asked to leave the bar. He later was released on a personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Warrant Arrest, Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

Christian A. McCray, 20, 1327 Melrose Ave., Round Lake Beach, was arrested Feb. 11 on a Lake County warrant and a charge of unlawful consumption of alcoholic liquor by a minor.

Police were called to the Walgreens, 1470 S. Milwaukee Ave., on a report of an intoxicated person. When they arrived, McCray first ran from police, but he was stopped just south of Walgreens in the parking lot of Manor Care, 1500 S. Milwaukee Ave. McCray was unable to produce bond for the warrant and was transported to Waukegan.

Driving Under the Influence

Christine Hucker, 44, 1847 Apple Valley Drive, Wauconda, was charged Feb. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08, disregarding a traffic-control device and improper lane use. She later was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 2 court date in Waukegan.

Katherine Moffatt, 25, W. Park Ave., Libertyville, was charged Feb. 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane use and failure to signal when required. She later was released after posting her driver’s license and a personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 2 court date in Waukegan.

William J. Obrien, 51, 209 Highland Drive, Libertyville, was charged Feb. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content exceeding .08, and speeding. He later was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond and was issued a Feb. 27 court date in Waukegan.

Christopher D. Fendick, 37, 7416 Duda Drive, Gurnee, was charged Feb. 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use. He later was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 23 court date in Waukegan.

Driving Violations

Noe Rodriguez-Santana, 33, 111 S. Gretta Ave., Waukegan, was charged Feb. 7 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He later was released after signing a $1,500 recognizance bond and issued a March 28 court date in Mundelein.

Rafael Aguilar-Torres, 42, 817 S. McAlister Ave., Waukegan, was charged Feb. 8 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He later was released after signing a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Joshua Thomas Wiggins, 28, 146 W. Sunnyside Place A, Libertyville, was charged Feb. 9 with driving while license suspended and speeding. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Calos Carrillo, 24, 3080 8th St., Waukegan, was charged Feb. 9 with driving while license revoked, improper lane use and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He later was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Carlos D. Rojas-Moreno, 27, 16255 W. Buckley Road, Libertyville, was charged Feb. 9 with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding. He later was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond and issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.

Guillermo Resendiz, 24, 40 N. Fairlawn, Mundelein, was charged Feb. 10 with driving while license suspended, loud muffler and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He later was released on a personal recognizance bond and was issued a March 14 court date in Mundelein.
