Police Officer Injured In Mundelein House Fire
The blaze broke out Tuesday morning at a home in the 500 block of Shady Lane.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — A police officer was injured in a house fire that left a Mundelein home uninhabitable Tuesday morning.
The Daily Herald is reporting the blaze broke out at the home in the 500 block of Shady Lane just before 3:20 a.m. A police officer suffered minor injuriesfrom smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
