GURNEE, IL — Six Flags Great America in Gurnee will debut a new ride next year.

Wrath of Rakshasa is the steepest and most inverted dive coaster in the world, according to Six Flags. This past week, Six Flags officials announced the addition would be coming in 2025.

The world’s most inverted dive coaster "sends you into a whirlwind of five inversions" and reaches speeds of nearly 67 miles per hour, according to Six Flags officials.
