Create Your Own Lincoln Park Weather Zone
The National Weather Service now has a tool where you can customize your weather forecast, right down to the Chicago block you live on.

The National Weather Service has created a page that allows you to make your own zone forecast.
It's called a "user-defined forecast page" and it let's residents from across the U.S. draw their geographic boundaries onto a map and set elevation perimeters.
That means your Lincoln Park forecast can include the foothills or the coast, or just your block itself.
"Please test it out and let us know what you like and don't like," the National Weather Service requested on its Facebook page.
The mapping-your-own-forecast feature is still in development, so feedback will be relayed directly to the programmers to improve the product.
