Lincoln Park, Nearby Lake View Hotels Rank Among Best in Chicago
One trendy hotel in Lincoln Park, as well as one very nearby the neighborhood's borders in Lake View, caught the eye of the folks at Curbed Chicgao. See how they stack up to other Chicago hotels.

Real estate and business website Curbed Chicago is breaking down some of the hottest and best hotels in the city, and two area staples made the cut.
Coming in at No. 15, Hotel Lincoln, 1816 N. Clark St., made the cut because of its 2012 transformation from a "mundane Days Inn" to a "Roaring Twenties playground."Â
"On the park and removed from the thicket of overrated downtown hotels, it includes a great indie coffee shop (Elaine's Coffee Call), one of the best farm-to-table restaurants (Perennial Virant), and an in-demand rooftop lounge and bar," Curbed reviewers wrote.

"The hotel virtually straddles the border with Lincoln Park which is known for its picturesque side streets, collegiate life, and rampant upscale shopping," Curbed says.
Also on the list were Wicker Park's Ruby Room at No. 35 and Bucktown's Urban Holiday Lofts at No. 7.
