The National Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Teams for the 2011-12 season have been announced. For the third straight year Alexis Wadowski has received the honor.
“Alexis continues to demonstrate what Benedictine University women’s golf is all about,” said head coach Frank Janczak. “She is not only a leader on the golf course but in the classroom as well.”
The criteria for the NGCA All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics where each student-athlete has to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
