ATV Driver Finds Man's Body In Woods: Lisle Police
The man's identity has been released after he was found unresponsive Dec. 26 in a wooded area.

LISLE, IL — The Lisle Police Department continues investigating the death of a Chicago-area man who police said was found unresponsive by an ATV rider Wednesday, Dec. 26 in the wooded area south of the intersection of Warrenville Road and White Birch Drive. Police said the DuPage County Coroner's Office was notified and continues assisting with the death investigation, and the man has been identified as 44-year-old Shawn. C. Temple. Officials said Temple's last known addresses are in Chicago and Roselle.
Temple was found by the ATV driver at 1:45 p.m. and was pronounced dead when Lisle police and Lisle-Woodridge Fire District Paramedics responded to the scene.
Police said the body was examined by the coroner, and no signs of trauma were found. Results of a toxicology test are not yet available, and Temple's cause of death will be determined by the coroner's office.
