Trinity Sponsoring Taize Service

Take time for a quiet evening in worship to remove distractions and meditate on God’s Word during a special evening service Wednesday, August 17th, at 7 p.m. at the Rt. 59 & Kimberly way campus of Trinity, Lisle’s community-focused church. This “Taize” style of service consists of meditative songs, scripture readings, a service of light, and periods of silence – all designed to bring a quietness of heart that opens our ears to hear from the Lord. As your end-of-summer schedule kicks up into the fall rush, come and anchor your time by worshiping, and listening to, God.

Trinity Lutheran Church is One Church with Two Worship Styles in Two Locations, providing 6 worship services each weekend, unique “Kidstreet” worship for children and youth, a full-time pre-school (at Trinity - Kimberly Way), and the new Grounds For Hope Café, open to the public 7 days a week (at Trinity - Green Trails in the Green Trails Shopping Center).
