'Wonder Woods' Mini Golf Popup Coming To Morton Arboretum
Set to debut in 2024, the popup miniature golf course will feature a Chicago skyline replica that highlights the city's trees.
LISLE, IL — A popup miniature golf course will come to Morton Arboretum in 2024, bringing nature-themed features that include a mock tree canopy and a miniature Chicago skyline, complete with depictions of urban trees.
The nine-hole Wonder Woods course is slated to debut on May 24 and will illustrate different phases of tree life and how biologists understand them through science.
“Each hole brings the Arboretum’s tree research to life in a playful way,” Amy Scott, the arboretum's head of exhibitions said in a statement.
