Lana Roemer, who was reported missing from her family's Manhattan home on February 5, has been found, police said.

"I'm relieved to say Lana has been found by the Logansport, Indiana police thanks to a tip someone called in," her father Tim Roemer shared on social media. "If you're reading this whomever you are, I am grateful beyond measure to you."

Roemer said Lana was found in Logansport late Thursday night after a tip had been called in to police there. Family drove to bring her home and to Silver Cross Hospital for evaluation.

"It's a monumental relief," Roemer told Patch. "In the past 24 hours my phone has been going crazy. ... She hasn't said too much, we've just made sure that she knows she's loved and safe."
