• James Elvis Blazer, Sr. 90, of McLeansboro, IL (wfiwradio.com) — McLeansboro residents are mourning the passing of 90-year-old James Elvis Blazer Sr., with visitation and funeral services set for December 20–21 at Harre Funeral Home in town. A retired sewing machine mechanic and avid gardener, he leaves behind his wife Betty, children, and a large extended family. Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Association.
   

• Judy Delores Hood 78, of McLeansboro, IL (wfiwradio.com) — McLeansboro is saying goodbye to 78-year-old Judy Delores Hood, who passed away at her home, with visitation and funeral services this Saturday, December 20, at Harre Funeral Home. A retired hairdresser and Baptist by faith, she will be laid to rest at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in McLeansboro and is survived by her son, grandchildren, and siblings.
