Aaron Toppen Memorial Ride Set For Sunday

MOKENA, IL — The sixth annual motorcycle and car ride in memory of Aaron Toppen is scheduled for Sunday at Manteno Sportsman's Club, 851 N. Main St. in Manteno. Registration is from 7:30-9:30 a.m., followed by a welcome at 9:30 a.m. Food, beverages and live entertainment start at noon, followed by the ceremony at 1 p.m.

The ride will start and end at Manteno Sportsman's Club. The ride will be a 55-mile escorted trip to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood. All cars, truck and motorcycles are welcome.

Donations of $25 per driver, $10 per rider and $10 for the party only are requested. All benefits go toward Our Fallen Hero Foundation in Memory of PFC. Aaron Toppen.

Toppen was killed in while serving overseas in the Army in Afghanistan in 2014.
