Making time for recreational activities can help to break the screen habit. Too much technology tends to lead to issues, like obesity, poor posture and sleep disorders. Teens and Tweens spend an average of 5-7 hours per day on screen media for entertainment. (Common Sense Media, 2019). Unplugging from technology, even briefly, can help adults and children, reduce stress, and recharge your batteries.
