Mokena Mayor Still In Hospital, Undergoing 'Procedure': Village
The Village of Mokena posted on its website Thursday an update on Mokena Mayor Frank Fleischer.
MOKENA, IL — Mokena Mayor Frank Fleischer remains hospitalized nearly three weeks after he fell at his home, according to an update from the Village of Mokena.
Fleischer was originally treated for the fall Feb. 11 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, but has since been moved to University of Chicago Hospital, where he is "currently completing a previously planned procedure," according to the Village.
Village Administrator John Tomasoski said he had no other information on Fleischer, including when he was transferred to University of Chicago Hospital or what the previously planned procedure was.
