Mokena OKs Door-To-Door Solicitations For Remodeling Company
The Village of Mokena sent an alert Tuesday to residents notifying them that Power Home Remodeling is allowed to conduct the solicitations.
MOKENA, IL — Mokena residents may soon be getting knocks on their doors from a remodeling services company. The Village of Mokena announced Tuesday that representatives from Power Home Remodeling have been given permission to conduct door-to-door solicitations for remodeling services, according to an alert sent Tuesday by the Village.
Power Home Remodeling, headquartered in Chester, Pennsylvania, with an office in Chicago, is licensed in Illinois as a roofing contractor, according to information on the business' website.
All solicitors must have photo identification and be wearing an approved Village of Mokena solicitors permit, according to the notification.

Those who do not want to be disturbed by solicitors can pick up a "No Solicitors" placard from the Mokena Police Department, 10907 Front St.
