Prescribed Burn Taking Place At Old Plank Road Trail: Village
The Village of Mokena alerted residents Wednesday of the prescribed burn.
MOKENA, IL — A prescribed burn was underway Wednesday in the Village of Mokena, according to an email sent out by the Village.
The burn is taking place along the Old Plank Road Trail from Schoolhouse Road and eastward.
The majority of prescribed burns will take place on Will County Forest Preserve property, according to the Village.
