Public Indecency Charge Against Mokena Man
A 59-year-old Mokena man was nabbed for public indecency.
Mokena police arrested 59-year-old Richard D. Ermel, 59, of the 9200 block of Elm Avenue, for walking around his backyard naked.
The arrest was made about 4 p.m. May 16, the Mokena Messenger reported. Police reported that they had twice previously warned Ermel to refrain from such action.
