SunKissed Greenz 'Starry Night Market' To Feature Two Dozen Local Vendors

MOKENA, IL — A Mokena business is inviting customers to a community market featuring more than two dozen local small businesses.

SunKissed Greenz owner Misty Nelson has planned The Starry Night Market, highlighting local artisans, creators, food and live music. Set for Saturday, June 14 from 4 to 8 p.m, the event will be held at Yunker Farm, 10824 W La Porte Rd. Construction delays could force a location change—those interested are encouraged to check the business' Facebook page for updates. Admission is free.

Featured goods will include handcrafted jewelry and natural wellness products to gourmet treats, custom candles, boutique fashion and more.

Live Music Lineup
The night kicks off with Rick Andersen, delivering live acoustic sets of country, classic rock, and timeless 60s–70s hits straight from the barn. From The Beatles to The Hollies, he'll set the good vibes and setting the soundtrack for your shopping stroll.

Stick around for the high-energy acoustic duet Grace & John — known for their infectious energy and toe-tapping tunes of today's best hits.

NAWS Dog Adoptions

Come meet community superstar Yoda and other dogs from NAWS looking for their forever homes. NAWS adoptions will take place from 4 to 6 p.m.
