Will County Green Sponsors Hazardous Waste Collection

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day is sponsored by the Will County Land Use Department, Resources Recovery and Energy Division.

The annual event this year is scheduled form 8 a.m.-3 p.m. April 27 at Crete-Monee High School, 1515 W. Exchange St., Crete.

Frankfort Township Officials together with Will County Green are promoting the collection. For more information, check the Will County Green website.

The collection is specifically for household chemicals, such as paint thinners, oil-based paint, aerosol paints, pesticides, lawn chemicals and more. For more information about the annual event, go to the Frankfort Township website.
