Fugitive Wanted On Child Sexual Assault Charges Apprehended In Montgomery: Sheriff
Donovan Reddoch, 31, faces two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
MONTGOMERY, IL — A fugitive wanted on criminal sexual abuse of a child charges was apprehended Aug. 14 in Montgomery, officials at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said Monday.
The U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force took Donovan Reddoch, 31, into custody without incident following an investigation by sheriff's deputies. The man, of Montgomery, is charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
The Kendall County State's Attorney's Office filed a motion to detain the man, but he was released Monday on pre-trial conditions following a detention hearing.

In a news release announcing the apprehension, officials urged the community to report any information about fugitives' whereabouts to Crime Stoppers at 630-553-5999. Callers can choose to remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward if the information leads to the arrest of a fugitive.
