Gunshots Hit House, Several Cars In Boulder Hill Neighborhood: Sheriff

Deputies from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office are investigating the shooting that happened Friday night in unincorporated Montgomery.

MONTGOMERY, IL — A residence and several cars were hit in a shooting Friday night in unincorporated Montgomery, officials said.

Deputies from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office responded at about 7:35 p.m. to the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road in the Boulder Hill neighborhood after receiving a report of the shooting.

No one was shot, and no injuries were reported, officials said.

Deputies collected "numerous items of evidence" that are being evaluated as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident.
