Police said an incident of retail theft occurred at 12:20 a.m. Nov. 4 at 2000 Orchard Road.
An African American male, wearing a grey stocking cap, purple hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans, fled from the store with several bottles of alcohol without paying, police said.
