Montgomery Man Charged with Speeding 89mph in 40mph Zone
Incident occurred on Route 34.
A Montgomery man was charged with speeding late Tuesday evening.
Anthony Peter Malamis, 42, of the 900 block of Bradley Street, Montgomery, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. at Route 34 and West, Oswego.
He was found speeding 89mph in a 40mph zone riding a yellow 2008 Ducati motorcycle, said the Sheriff’s office.

He was charged with speeding 30mph + over the posted speed limit.
