Montgomery Man Wanted On Domestic Battery, Assault Charges Apprehended

MONTGOMERY, IL — A Montgomery man wanted on domestic battery and assault charges was apprehended Tuesday, officials at the Kendall County Sheriff's Office said.

Donzell Washington, of Rebecca Court, was wanted on a warrant issued out of Kendall County for two counts of felony domestic battery and one count each of felony aggravated battery, felony unlawful use of a weapon, and misdemeanor criminal damage to property, according to the sheriff's office's jail logs.

Washington was taken into custody without incident, officials said. He remains held at the Kendall County jail as of Thursday morning.
