No Evidence Of Shots Fired On Pueblo Road: Kendall Sheriff
Deputies responded to the house to investigate the report when they were also made aware of a battery that occurred between some partygoers.
MONTGOMERY, IL — Law enforcement officers determined no shots were fired after a report resulted in a large police presence at a house on Pueblo Road Sunday.
Deputies from the Kendall County Sheriff's Office, along with Montgomery and Oswego police, responded at 5:34 a.m. to a house in the 0-99 block of Pueblo Road where they found a large party going on. An investigation, which included speaking to partygoers, "yielded no evidence" of shots being fired in the area, officials said.
While on the scene, deputies were made aware of a battery that occurred between people at the party. Officials did not provide details of the incident, which is being investigated by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

There is no known threat to public safety, officials said.
