Police Blotter: Montgomery Man Nets Third DUI Arrest

Michael Huerta, 37, of the 1200 block of Lebanon Street, Montgomery, was charged with felony aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol after police stopped his vehicle for failing to yield at an intersection at 4:40 p.m. Nov. 25 at Sherman and Douglas Road, Montgomery police said.

Reports state this is Huerta's third drunken driving charge, and police said his license was revoked and he was driving without insurance.
