• Morris boys cruise past Ottawa on the mat; Ottawa girls trip Morris (shawlocal.com) — Morris High School’s boys wrestling team dominated Ottawa 48-24, with multiple Redskin wrestlers earning pins and technical wins in an early-season statement on the mat. Ottawa’s girls squad answered back with a 46-24 victory, while Morris’ young girls lineup still notched several pins as coaches on both sides highlighted growth, conditioning, and year-round training.
