$37,000 in Jewelry Stolen; Graffiti on East Ogden: Naperville Police Blotter

Naperville Police Department reports, Sept. 10

Tuesday, Sept. 10 

Hit and run

Rebecca Anne Sturlis, 23, of West chicago, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with hit and run. She posted bond. 

Obstructing identification

Rashad Dejon Mobley, 26, of Oswego, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. in the 3500 block of East New York Street, police said. He was charged with obstructing identification. He posted bond. 

Warrant

Susan Lee Kordat, 45, of North Aurora, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged on a warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

No insurance

Marosari Crisostomo-Ortiz, 36, of Oswego, was arrested at 9:08 p.m. near Jefferson Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond. 

$37,000 in jewelry stolen

$37,350 worth of jewelry was stolen from the 2200 block of Comstock Lane between 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., police said. 

Pump and run

A black male in his early 20s wearing bright red and black camouflage pants and driving a gold Dodge Intrepid pumped $46.29 of gas and fled without paying in the 900 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.  

Parking permit stolen

A parking permit was stolen from an unlocked Toyota Prius in the 400 block of Fairway Drive, police said. 

License, credit cards stolen

A driver's license, credit cards and other items were stolen in the 400 block of Highland Avenue, police said. 

Tire slashed

A tire was slashed in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, police said. 

Graffiti found on Ogden

Police said black graffiti was found on a number of businesses in the 1100 and 1200 blocks of East Ogden Avenue.
