5 Naperville Businesses Cited for Underage Liquor Sales

Five liquor stores sold to underage patrons during compliance checks that took place on July 30. Violators included:

• Extra Value Liquors, 1550 N. Route 59
• Osco-Drug, 2855 W. 95th St.
• Solo Liquor, 1474 E. Chicago
• 7-Eleven, 1663 N. Route 59
• Peterson’s Spirits and Fine Wines, 88 W. Gartner Road

The police department conducted the checks in a joint operation with the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. The violations and fines were discussed in a memo distributed Friday by the city manager.
