Adopt Me! Honey Bunny, Austin, Clay, Moon, Willow

Looking for a furry addition to your family? These pets are looking for new homes.

Honey Bunny is a 2-year-old female domestic medium hair cat.  She’s sweet and just a little bit shy. She came to with tiny kittens but they’ve all found their forever homes so now Honey Bunny is ready to find a home of her own. She doesn’t mind the company of other cats and would prefer to live with kids who are old enough to understand she’ll be a little bit shy at first. This affectionate, beautiful cat would make a great addition to any home, so please come meet her today!

Looking for a playful, affectionate and active puppy to add to your family? Then come and meet Austin, a 6-month-old male American pit bull Terrier mix puppy! This energetic little guy likes to play with other dogs, but may be too active for some.  He shouldn’t live with cats and kids in his home should be old enough to handle his exuberant personality! This cute little guy would do great in an active, athletic family so come meet him today!

More dogs and cats are available at the Naperville Area Humane Society. All the animals have been examined for health and temperament, started on their vaccines and microchipped. They are spayed or neutered at adoption. Hours are 5 to 8 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Visit at 1620 W. Our staff brought Clay to because he didn’t deserve to spend his senior years at Chicago Animal Control.  Clay is a sweet cocker spaniel who is around 13 years old.  He may be an older dog, but he still has some pep in his step and likes other dogs. He’s very mellow and a great walker. Clay is a sweet dog who deserves a loving home for the rest of his life.

Moon and Willow are two of the friendliest 1-year-old cats you would ever want to meet. They greet you, purr and cuddle. They are "special needs" because they have had a problem with their nasal passages since they were babies. They have been taken to specialists and have had procedures to help them. Unfortunately, they will have their problem permanently. "Problem" you ask? They breathe loudly, and sometimes sneeze due to their small nasal passages. Yep, that's it!  These darling siblings need a home that can take both of them and love them flaws and all.
