Benton Avenue Closing Tuesday for Utility Work
The city of Naperville has announced that Benton Avenue in downtown Naperville will close for about a week for utility work in the area.

Beginning Tuesday, Benton Avenue in downtown Naperville is expected to be closed to through traffic between Washington and Main streets for approximately one week for utility work occurring in the area.
The sidewalk on the north side of Benton Avenue will also be closed as part of the project. Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to follow detours that will be posted in the area and local traffic may use Benton Avenue via Main Street to access the Van Buren Parking Deck and Naperville Bank and Trust.

Both the road and sidewalk are expected to reopen by Tuesday, June 5 pending weather and unforeseen circumstances.
