Endangering life/health of child

Amanda E. Lamb, 30, of North Aurora, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. in the 0-99 block of North Washington Street, police said. She was charged with endangering the health/life of a child. She posted bond. 

Possession of controlled substance

Sandra Rose Decosola, 39, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. in the 1300 block of Creighton Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly found crack and a pipe in her purse. She was transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Telephone harassment

David James Tworek, 40, of Elgin, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. in the 700 block of Burnside, police said. He was charged with telephone harassment. He posted bond. 

No insurance

  • Sofia Amezcua, 18, of Sheridan, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. near Glacier Park Avenue and North Route 59, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond. 
  • Tomas Torres, 42, of Joliet, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond. 
Possession of liquor by minor

Jessica Marie Cheval, 20, of Oswego, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. near Ogden Avenue and Quincy Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of liquor by a minor. She posted bond. 

Suspicious incident

A man was seen carrying a possibly stolen bag of mulch from ACE Hardward in the 1000 block of North Washington Street, police said. 

License plate stolen

A Michigan license plate was stolen off a car in the Van Buren parking garage, police said. 

Lost passport

A Ukrainian passport and an immigration form were reported lost in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive, police said. 

Needles found

Six needles were found in the 1300 block of Olympus Drive, police said. 

Mailbox damaged

  • A mailbox was knocked off its post in the 1400 block of Ambleside Circle, police said. 
  • Two mailboxes were found in shrubs near Raintree and Sequoia, police said. 
Charger stolen

A cell phone charger was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an open garage in the 1900 block of Hansom Court, police said.
