NAPERVILLE, IL — Curbside leaf collection will resume Oct. 20 throughout Naperville for the 2025 season.

The leaf pickup will be done in three cycles, with each cycle lasting about two weeks. Below are the dates for the start of each cycle:

  • Oct. 20
  • Nov. 3
  • Nov. 17

Here's how to make sure your leaves are collected:

  • Rake your leaves into piles near the streetside curb of your home by 6 a.m. during the initial day of the collection cycle
  • Make sure leaf piles do not block storm drains
  • Rake leaves curbside during each two-week cycle, regardless of the amount of leaves
  • Do not include branches, rocks or other debris in leaf piles
  • Yard waste stickers must b e placed on bags to be collected before Nov. 4.

When curbside leaf collection is complete, residents can still dispose of their leaves via Naperville's yard waste program.
