NAPERVILLE, IL — A Chicago man has been charged with drug-induced homicide in connection with the November 2022 death of Keagan Frasca, 23, of Naperville. Police say Shawn Smith, 32, sold fentanyl and heroin to Frasca, shortly before the latter died of an overdose, according to Daily Herald.

Smith has been held at DuPage County Jail on charges of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, armed habitual criminal and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
