Farm to Table Dinner

The end of the season delivers a bounty of fresh ingredients that are perfect for a variety of hearty dishes. Sur la Table will show you how to take the rich flavors from the farm and bring them to your table. The menu for this event includes grilled chili-rubbed rib roast, roasted potatoes with creme fraiche and chives, summer squash and eggplant casserole, arugula salad with buttermilk dressing, and pears poached in wine, stuffed with honey and ricotta cheese.
