He was only out of prison for three months when the new case was filed.

An ex-convict released from prison less than five months ago was jailed for allegedly having contact with a gang member.
Diego Bueno, 23, was taken into custody Wednesday evening and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of unlawful contact with street gang members. Bueno’s bond was set at $50,000 for the misdemeanor.
Bueno, an Aurora resident, was released from prison in October. He did three years and three months for firing a gun at an occupied vehicle. He was convicted of the crime in Kane County.
