Ex-Con Wanted For Contact With Gang Member: Cops

An ex-convict released from prison just three months ago is wanted for allegedly having contact with a gang member.

Diego Bueno, 23, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor unlawful contact with street gang members. The warrant for Bueno’s arrest carries a $50,000 bond.

Bueno, an Aurora resident, was released from prison in October. He did three years and three months for firing a gun at an occupied vehicle. He was convicted of the crime in Kane County.

Bueno allegedly had contact with the unidentified gang member in December.

The case against Bueno was filed in Will County court.
